Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We only offer store credit for returns.
- Merchandise may be returned to any store location or by mail to Mark Ashton Boutique (1570 E Battlefield Rd, Suite D Springfield, MO 65804) within 30 days of delivery.
- Return labels are available upon request and are sent via email.
- All items under the sale or accessories tabs are final sale.
- All intimates, including bralette and bandeau styles, are final sale.
- If an ineligible item is sent back and you wish to have it returned to you, there will be an $8 return fee.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags attached.
- If a returned item has any makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not receive credit and your items will be sent back with an $8 return fee
- All items discounted 20% or more are final sale.
- Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an online store credit code to your email. This code does not expire and is redeemable only online.
- If you are returning to one of our storefronts, you may choose to receive a gift card that is redeemable at that location.
- Please return shoes in their original box.

- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a free return shipping label. Please include your reason for returning and order invoice number. If applicable, let us know if you would like to exchange for the same style in another color or size as well.
- If you choose to not use our provided return label, please return your item(s) to Mark Ashton Boutique 1570 E Battlefield Rd, Suite D Springfield, MO 65804
- Package your item(s) in a safe package and include your original order invoice.
- Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receiving your package.
